ExpressDeck may be lightweight, but it can support up to 2,960 lbs per 4ft x 4ft deck (185 lbs/sq ft). ExpressDeck is suitable for indoor and some outdoor applications.

ExpressDeck staging is a completely modular platform system. Standard decks are 4' x4' and can be combined in any configuration with risers of varying heights. Add stairs, guardrails, and skirting to finish your custom stage. With ExpressDeck staging, the possibilities are endless.
Simple to assemble and connect
ExpressDeck is the easiest modular staging system to assemble, connect, break down, and transport. Simply unfold the risers, line up the locking mechanisms on the riser corners with the corresponding holes on the platform, and lock with the included hex key. Once your platforms are assembled, they connect to each other via hidden locks using the same hex key. Assemble stairs by following the same procedure.

Supports super-heavy weights
AlphaDeck is rugged and durable – standard 4ft x 4ft decks can support weights up to 2,560 pounds – and is strong enough to support heavy equipment and vehicles. The deck frame is made of galvanized steel – which will not rust or erode in the elements – making AlphaDeck suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

AlphaDeck Staging Systems offer 2 standard-size modular decks: 4ft x 4ft and 2ft x 4ft. Each deck is made up of a rugged and durable galvanized metal frame and a removable deck insert. Choose from 4 standard deck choices – gray plywood, gray carpet and solid maple and solid oak. Custom surfaces are available. Or for even more customization, choose the unfinished gray plywood and attach or apply your own surface layer for an unlimited range of design possibilities. In addition, deck heights are fully adjustable – from 4” to 48”.
With this versatility built-in, you can create nearly any size stage, with any number of varying heights, and an array of different surfaces. Best of all, AlphaDeck can be expanded, contracted and adjusted to accommodate different venues and events. And, since our system is compatible with most other staging systems, you can integrate AlphaDeck seamlessly into your existing staging system.
Simple to assemble and connect
AlphaDeck is easy to assemble and connect, and was engineered for simple assembly using only one small hand tool. A simple, yet sturdy, cam-lock system connects the decks securely on all four sides enabling nearly anyone to quickly create a professional-looking stage in just a few hours.
Options and Accessories
Decks come with an optional drop hole that allows you to thread wiring, cables and even plumbing neatly underneath the stage. Add rubber feet to protect the sensitive surface underneath.
